Much Needed Improvements to BT Cloud

I'm sorry to say that the Cloud interface is clumsy and confusing, and could easily do with improving.

1)The default view (by a limited range of file types) is only suitable for small numbers of files. When we are being given 500Gb or even just 50Gb that is plain silly.

2) The folder view is found unintuitively by choosing source or device. It took me a lot of searching forums to find that out. OK, Source is a useful filter but an explicit top level view menu would really be better.

3) The whole interface differs in clumsy ways from the file manager software in Windows that users are used to. Another interface to learn, and not a very quick one either.

4) The help files are not all that clear.

A real backup option would be very useful.

I don't always want to sync files. Sometimes I really really want to have files in the cloud that will not change if I delete the original folders or if the files are modified. For example the prospect of trying to recover everything from your recycle folder or trying to find large numbers of correct versions if a malicious program encrypts my files is horrifying.
