The new look, Linux based, Vision service is being rolled out, so it naturally has a fair few problems.
The advice us old timers with the Vision Mediaroom system won't be relevant to the new system. Perhaps if there was a new forum for the new interface - with a sticky making it obvious for new visitors which forum they should use - it might make it quicker to give people relevant responses.
