BT TV App

Have downloaded the app onto my Samsung TV but getting the following message when trying to open the app:

Error SDI 0001 - try again later 

Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app but still same message 

Any ideas please?

Is it the BT TV app or thr BT Sport app you want because they're different?

That sounds like an error code from your TV rather than the app, so I'm afraid it's not something we can help with. I'd recommend a factory reset of the TV - this fixes most issues.

@DarrenDev has suggested, it's a Samsung TV error code. If you Google the code, you'll be able to find the cause and how to resolve it
