A lot of customers who have had the Self install/ Remote Activation have not received the Reward card, I tried to explain this to Purecard and BT but they keep fobbing me off. If you have given your details to Purecard and have made a official complaint, All you can do now is wait and be patient, Good luck 🤞🏽

Rang BT this morning and according to them they have extended the 30 day rule for claiming to 60 days.
Guy admitted BT have a problem with the Reward card and people are constantly ringing up asking where is it.
Again according to the service centre if you haven't received it by the end of November £150( in my case) will credited to your account.
Also no point contracting pure card as they are simply not getting referrals from BT

I’ve just had my bt reward card today aswell. Thankyou @Leanne_T I believe you helped get this done.
Hi I received a email on the 28th of October saying my reward card is in the way but I still haven’t received anything
You need to be out of your 14 day cooling off period before you can claim the Reward Card.
If you are out of the 14 days you will need to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 who should be able to help.

Hi I’m out of my cooling off period and when I do phone up they blame purecard but when I email them they blame bt I don’t know what I can do next
