I recently renewed my broadband with BT and they sent me a duplicate hub by mistake as I kept the same cable, I’ve returned the kit with the white bag and label you’ve provided and I received a text last week confirming that I’ve returned but this morning I received another email and text asking me to return again? I’ve tried calling but the lines are very busy, is there anyway I can solve this on the app?

I am sorry that you received another email and text looking for it back. I've sent you a private message so we can close that off for you.
