I am sorry that your reward card hasn't been issued yet.
If your order completed more than 14 days ago, can you check our order tracking to see if there are any open orders on your account?
Let me know if you see anything there other than closed orders.

The order shows as completed on the 20th March. The order was placed on the 23rd February if that makes any difference.

I'll need to check your account and see what happened. Generally, there should be another order showing the reward card being approved.
