Morning,
I went live with Broadband and Landline on the 8th March 2023. During the process I received an email to claim my reward card. However, when I logged in to my bt account it directs me to a page which shows my former accounts together with my present account.I then log into my current account nothing happens? I have repeatedly tried to claim without success. Can you help please.

I am sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card. I also understand there are some older accounts showing when you log into your BTID. Have a look here >> Account and billing << and one of my colleagues will be able to help you with this.

Thanks. I had to ring the call centre in the end. I spoke with a very helpful agent in Doncaster. The matter has now been resolved.
