Reward card

Can anyone help 

had an text to say we’re sending details how to access my £50 reward card by email

 

got an email saying we’ll send card soon and detail on how t access - this was yesterday and I haven’t had anything else and in the app shows award claimed but I haven’t 

who do I contact to get this sorted as getting in touch with BT is a nightmare

This is something that our Customer Service number can help you with. It's worth calling if you haven't already. Alternatively, we should be able to help you with this but it can take us a few working days to get back to you.

First, can you let me know if your order been completed for more than 14 days?

Entered new contract 19/02/23 😀

 

I tried calling BT today and was sent from pillar to post

So I asked on here last week about not getting my reward card

was advised was ordered and should have been with me Fri/Sat just gone 

it’s now Tuesday and still nothing 

rather fed up with BT  - I have to chase everything up 

will not renew with them again!

Thanks for posting back.

I am sorry for the problems receiving your reward card.  I can see the notes from my colleague who helped you last week and everything has been claimed from here.

Please contact our card services team on 0344 879 1068 or email bt@purecard.com. Open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).  The team will find out what's gone wrong.

Post back and let me know how you get on chatting with them.

still awaiting my reward cards yes cards I am awaiting 2 of them 

they are shown as ordered in my BT App but yet again I’m waiting on BT to give me what I’m entitled to

Sorry you're still having problems receiving the rewards. Have you contacted the card services team on 0344 879 1068 as mentioned by @RobbieMac .
