Reward card

I am unable to find anyware on the link provided by BT to claim my reward card. What a surprise! My new account for my recent broadband doesn’t even exist on MyBT

I am sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card.  Give our guides in the helpdesk a shout on 0330 1234 150 who'll be able to claim for the reward card on your behalf.
