I am sorry for the problems you're having with your Xbox Game Pass. Have you opted out through your BTID? Once you're opted out, the ownership of the pass should revert back to Microsoft after the opt out date.

I have let the 12 months offer lapse and even after it has finished the control has not reverted back to Microsoft.
MY account is still stuck with BT and I want it reverted back to Microsoft please.
