Welcome and thanks for your post! I have moved your post to start your own thread.
I am sorry for the problems you're having with your Xbox Game Pass. Have you opted out through your BTID? Once you're opted out, the ownership of the pass should revert back to Microsoft after the opt out date.

I have let the 12 months offer lapse and even after it has finished the control has not reverted back to Microsoft.
