Bt Cloud worked for about 10 days but has now stopped working again.
Please can we have an updated version that works.
I’m having the same issue. I used to be able to get in to BTCloud after a few attempts, now can’t get in at all. The Error UN1 message each time.
Also getting this from the BT Cloud app itself on iPad. Very annoying now.
Though not on iPhone app trying to do exactly the same thing….
Works on the iPhone app for me too but on PC. Very annoying.
Further to my previous report...After a week of backup, UN1 error has now returned again and BT Cloud stopped working again on my Dell latitude W10, it is fully updated so can only guess the updates are related to the reoccurring problems
Also now getting it on iPhone as well as iPad.
Something is seriously wrong at BT’s end - it is completely independent of platform and OS.
We are also getting this error, in our case on our Windows 11 PC's (Firefox & Chrome web browsers) and first discovered the issue when we downloaded the app to a new Android tablet.
Posting to allow me to keep a track, although judging from the thread I won't hold my breath.
