I have now managed to log in on the desktop app and on the website access and also on my android phone, still on BT Cloud 22.12.33.
It's now busy checking & uploading all files since it broke
Seems ok for me….thanks for getting it fixed.
Hooray, it is back up and running. Whilst it was off files were still backing up on the cloud for me so no need to go through the whole computer back up process.

Seem to have a new fault. I can login via the web symbol on the desktop app. I cannot login using Chrome or Firefox, just get the message page not found with a screwdriver and a spanner..obviously a BT Message.
Have tried from 2 different PC’s on W10 .
Do we need a new thread ?

It's working on a web browser but not on the android smartphone app.
