Hi, I have had a BT account for many years but noticed that the BT Cloud has disappeared. How can I access it please?
The error messages is: Sorry there was a problem. Please try again later. Error code UN1.
I have seen many similar posts, but not a successful reply. Can anyone help?

Did you previously have an active BT CLOUD account as new accounts are no longer available
Hi, yes, I have had BT cloud for many years, all my photos are saved on it.

If the link doesn't work try typing into search box: error UN1
It has been an ongoing issue for weeks but seems to have been fixed today. A lot of people are reporting it's now working - including me.
