I am so confused how do i changed to Norton everytime i try this comes up

Hi, @Bean Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to see you're having problems changing over to Norton, does it say 'Server error' or “The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable” before that code?

Hi, @Bean Thanks for getting back to me, are you logging in with the BT ID that has account holder status?
You can check that by logging into MyBT clicking Your details then Account. Scroll down and it will show if your BT ID has account holder or account manager status.
If it shows account manager there must be another BT ID with account holder status already claimed. If you don't know what that is you can click 'I should be the account holder' to change it over.

My account is link to two accounts one is Account Holder
and the other is account Manager
I am not sure if this is the problem

@Bean is the BT ID for the one that has Account holder status in the format of an email address?
