just phone CS 150 or 0800800150 from mobile and request a DV as you have now moved to digital voice.  as @Keith_Beddoe  posted the offer was 2 essential phones or 1 advanced phone (may have alexa) or a DV adapter

Thank you! It may well have done but I rang them and got a very successful result! They’re sending me the advanced digital with Alexa plus one additional handset for free as I’ve had such a hard time tracking it down! It’s not on the BT website and if you Google it you only get instructions for use. Weird ….
