Looks like I did jinx it! Just had a call which hasn't appeared on Call Protect. Sigh.
I don't think BT will ever solve this. It all seems to have gone quiet from their point of view. But we will keep posting our updates.

Still good for me, what shows on caller id corresponds to call protect. Even with city fibre cutting the 20 pr cable feed our houses ( but that's another story)

I also had a message to say they were still investigating but my 'call would be closed', which seems a bit odd. Anyway, to recap, between the 3rd and the 9th May I had seven calls; all but one appeared in Call Protect and since the10th I have only had two calls but both appeared. I guess I'll keep monitoring as they say they are still investigating...

Just had a call protect fail to log call. First in a few weeks
I had a call earlier which has appeared on Call Protect, but I will continue monitoring as it's clearly still not completely reliable.
