OK, email tv.apps@bt.com with BT ID and BT account number if you're seeing WB401 after a few tries - it means an error that needs to be manually fixed.
Please note that the system that connects BT and discovery has been down most of the day today, meaning no-one will have seen the "activate discovery+" tile in MyBT. I will reply to all emails I've received today when the system is back up, asking you to try again.
@Laineyeo - did you email me? I don't see any emails either with your name or forum email address. If you've already raised a fault via the helpdesk then they'll get back to you in due course.
@splodgebob on BT's systems your EE account is closed - this usually means your sport add-on was removed, or your account with them was closed. You're going to need to contact EE and get them to add your subscription again, at which point you'll then be able to activate via the EE web site instead.
