@Moose_UK I was speaking to ee yesterday and the gentleman I spoke to said that most of the staff aren’t trained on the new EE. Sounds like you got one who wasn’t
@DarrenDev the message was on my landing page when I logged in to MyBT.
As I said, the advisor dismissed anything I had to ask about EE and just focussed on upselling.
Was this advisor incorrect? Should I call and try again?

To be honest @Moose_UK , I’d wait ! There’s so much confusion , nobody can clearly advise the benefits etc. I’m giving it a short while to settle before I try!
If you already have BT TV then definitely don't bother - you can't upgrade without losing TV at the moment.
If you don't have TV then you could upgrade.
My plan is to switch to EE TV once my sky runs out in Jan, as long as the UI is as good as sky.
