Hi

I am having this same issue, any idea how to resolve it. I also have two accounts but one is an old BT Sport account which is no longer in use

Hopefully that will allow you to get to the Content Partners section.

Hi, @Kal201 Thanks for posting, are you able to toggle between the account numbers on the drop-down option and see the packages on your new account?

Hi, @Kal201 it's likely something else rather than the old account. When was your full fibre broadband connected and are there any outstanding bills at the moment?

I got the email about the 6 month on the 26th of Jun and I'm actually in credit by almost 3 months the content partner section doesn't show up for me
