I switched to BT in Jan when I moved house, and have an £80 reward card to claim
I've received emails reminding me to claim it, but I've clicked on the link and logged in, and there's nothing there
I've tried on a couple of devices. I've searched the forums and it seems this is something a few people have had issues with, but moderators have been able to assist with

Do you have more than one account linked to your BTID?
Have you claimed Account Holder Status on your BTID?

Yes I have just checked and I definitely have account holder status.
Apparently I have two accounts, but I'm only able to see "account one" and don't seem to be able to switch the accounts....

This should have been sent to you by email. Can you check junk mail its automated so can be prone to going into spam.

Nothing I'm afraid. The only email received on 8th March was an email saying that my case had been closed.

I wonder how many people give up claiming their reward because its made so difficult to actually claim it?!?
