I had the same issue and eventually talked to BT support via messaging, they said I'd get a call within 5 days but I never did.
However before consigning it to the bin forever I decided to give it another try on site today via the my products page, expecting the usual error messgae I got numerous times before and the same one other people were getting I was surprised when it actually loaded to the link microsoft account page.
Filled in everything and it appears to have linked fine, got the confirmation emails from BT etc and all shows as expiring in 12 months.
Hopefully it'll be working for some other people too.
How do i get my code please.

I've renewed my broadband after receiving an email offering me 12 months Xbox Ultimate, I was told that I can activate it on my BT page, but there isn't an option for me to do this, so if someone could advise me that would be great.
I too am having an issue with activating my Xbox pass, is there a solution to this issue?
