Hi @iregbnz, the Game Pass will only be available to claim 14 days after your order completes. 

If it's past the 14 days already please get in touch with us using the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will claim it for you.

Hello, BT here.

Your broadband package has Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 6 months included. You can activate it in the next 14 days. Get started at bt.com/mybt — head for Your Products, scroll to the Content Partner section and click Add Now. Please make sure you log into the Microsoft account you'd like to add your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to.

Thanks.

There is no content partner section

there numerous posts same as yours with same quote but you will not see 'content partners' until after your cooling off period has expired
