If it's past the 14 days already please get in touch with us using the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will claim it for you.

Get started at bt.com/mybt — head for Your Products, scroll to the Content Partner section and click Add Now. Please make sure you log into the Microsoft account you'd like to add your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to.

there numerous posts same as yours with same quote but you will not see 'content partners' until after your cooling off period has expired

Thanks for the reply it is pointless for them to say you're product is available but in actuality it is not available until after the time have run out for you to activate it

i am trying to activate my 6 month Xbox game pass offer under the products section in my account but it keeps telling me the service is under “maintenance”?
