I disconnected my Sonos speakers and xbox yesterday
Will now try disconnecting Ring devices just in case
Disconnect all devices and also turn off BT Web protect as that can also cause issues. That can be found by logging into my bt
What happens if you use Google DNS?
Is the gateway set at 192.168.1.254

What about the broadband IP address, that is missing from your list?
The gateway on your devices should be set to your smarthub, which should be 192.168.1.254
